Sarvaank Associates is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Associate (Corporate / PE–VC) with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their New Delhi office.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years PQE in corporate / PE–VC / M&A.
- Mandatory law firm experience.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI regulations.
