Sarvagya Legal is hiring for the position of a Senior Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing a variety of legal matters with focus on high stake arbitrations.Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, representing clients in court/tribunal, conducting legal research, and providing legal consultancy and advisory services. The role also involves collaborating with other lawyers and maintaining high professional and ethical standards in all legal practices.
Eligibility
- 6 to 8 years of experience in general civil litigation, commercial litigation, and alternate dispute resolution.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in legal consultancy and advisory services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in India.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar Council of India.
