Details of the Job/Internship
Sarvottam Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate for their South Delhi office. As a Senior Associate, you'll lead complex legal projects, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as trial preparation, discovery, and depositions. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Eligibility
- A law degree from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Experience in the areas of civil litigation, arbitration, commercial litigation, and general corporate.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive and independent.
