Sarvottam Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage complex legal cases and provide legal advisory services.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft/review legal documents.
- Represent clients in court.
- Collaborate on cross-border disputes and domestic arbitrations.
- Liaise with clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; additional qualification or specialization is a plus.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Strong understanding of civil, corporate, commercial, white-collar crimes, and general litigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a legal advisory role or law firm is desirable.
