Sarvottam Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate with at least 5 years of experience to join its South Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute high-stakes legal matters across corporate, commercial, and constitutional sectors.
- Draft and review sophisticated legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients effectively in court proceedings and during domestic or international arbitrations.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to address complex cross-border and domestic legal issues.
- Provide tailored strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals and corporate conglomerates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients.
- Oversee compliance, restructuring, and regulatory advisory projects.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication and reliable service delivery.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is considered advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in legal practice.
- Proven proficiency in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and document preparation.
- Extensive experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and court representation.
- Familiarity with restructuring, compliance, and regulatory advisory practices.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
