Details of the Job/Internship
Sarvottam Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate with experience in civil, corporate, and commercial law to join their South Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage high-value civil, corporate, and commercial cases.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration before courts and tribunals.
- Provide strategic and commercially viable legal advice.
- Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.
- Handle client communications and maintain professional relationships.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or higher degree in law.
- Bar membership with substantial relevant experience in a reputable law firm or equivalent setting.
- Experience in litigation, arbitration, corporate, and commercial law.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, client handling, and relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with ability to provide practical legal solutions.
- Experience in cross-border disputes is advantageous.
