Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvottam Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in South Delhi. The role involves managing complex legal cases, advising clients, representing them in court, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and collaborating with the team for effective case management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle complex legal cases and advise clients on legal matters.
• Represent clients in court and prepare legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Liaise with clients and collaborate with team members for case management.
• Provide tailored legal solutions across diverse legal domains.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputable institution; LL.M is a plus.
• Bar Council registration in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, civil, and constitutional law.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-value and complex legal matters.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in cross-border disputes and domestic arbitrations is beneficial.
