Details of the Job/Internship
Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 5–6 years to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves handling matters before courts and tribunals, drafting legal documents, appearing before judicial forums, and working on insolvency, arbitration, and corporate law matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters before courts and tribunals.
- Demonstrate familiarity with legal procedures, protocols, court practice, and systems.
- Draft writ petitions, SLPs, appeals, applications, pleadings, conveyancing documents, and statements of claims and defence.
- Appear before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and tribunals.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Work on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and corporate law.
- Engage in client counselling, meetings, and briefing seniors.
