Details of the Job/Internship
Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is hiring Senior Associates with experience of 5–7 years to join their offices in New Delhi and Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents including writs, SLPs, appeals, and applications.
- Appearing before High Courts, district courts, and tribunals.
- Conducting legal research.
- Advising clients, attending meetings, and briefing senior counsel.
Eligibility
- Advocate with 5–7 years of experience in handling matters before Hon’ble Courts and Tribunals.
- Excellent understanding of law, legal procedures, protocols, court practice, and systems.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in English.
- Experience in drafting writ petitions, SLPs, appeals, applications, pleadings, conveyancing, statements of claim and defence.
- Prior experience in appearances before High Courts, district courts, and tribunals.
- Proficiency in legal research and strong analytical skills.
- Considerable experience with IBC, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and Corporate Law.
- Experience in client counselling, meetings, and briefing seniors.
