- No of Positions: 1-2.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Partners on litigation across different benches of the NCLT, High Courts & Supreme Court of India.
- Corporate advisory matters focusing on startups, fund-raising, and new-age technologies. The candidate will also be expected to be abreast with the latest legal developments in these areas.
- Handle litigation matters independently while coordinating strategic case developments.
- Draft, review and finalize legal documents.
- Represent clients before various courts and tribunals.
Eligibility
- Advocates with PQE of 2 – 3 years.
