Details of the Job/Internship

Sigma Chambers is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation with 2–3 years of experience to join its office in Uday Park, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Partners on litigation across District Courts, different benches of the NCLT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India in diverse areas including criminal law and infrastructure arbitrations.
• Advise on corporate matters focusing on startups, fund-raising, and new-age technologies while staying updated with the latest legal developments.
• Handle litigation matters independently while coordinating on strategic case developments.
• Represent clients before various courts and tribunals.

Eligibility

Advocates with PQE of 2–3 years.

Salary/Stipend

35,000 – 50,000/- per month with a performance-linked bonus.
