Details of the Job/Internship
Singh Law Chambers LLP is hiring Associates/Senior Associates with 4–5 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation to join their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Organise case files, prepare briefs, and conduct detailed research.
- Draft documents relating to trademark and copyright suits.
- Assist in arbitration matters, including drafting statements and replies.
- Provide legal opinions on TM and CR matters.
- Manage TM and CR litigation portfolios for clients.
- Attend court proceedings and prepare court documents.
- Assist in physical and online court filings.
- Brief senior counsel when required.
- Prepare client reports and handle additional responsibilities as needed.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- 4–5 years of PQE in trademark and copyright litigation.
- Knowledge of procedures in District and High Courts for civil and criminal matters.
- Proficient in research using Manupatra, SCC, Webster, JSTOR, etc.
- Full-time availability.
- Experience in corporate matters.
- Willingness to travel for outstation matters.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Punctual, focused, and committed.
- Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
- Must have name in at least 3 court orders relating to TM/CR suits.
