Details of the Job/Internship

S.K. Legal Associates LLP is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position involving legal research, drafting and vetting legal documents, client representation in court, and providing strategic legal counsel in collaboration with the firm’s legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Draft and vet legal documents.
• Represent clients in court.
• Provide strategic legal counsel.
• Collaborate with the legal team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• LL.M. or Solicitor qualification is an advantage.
• License to practice law in India with enrollment with a relevant Bar Council.
• Expertise in Commercial Disputes, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Company Law, and Banking and Finance.
• Proficiency in Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Commercial Disputes, and Administrative Law.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Exceptional research and legal analysis skills.
• Proven ability to independently handle client relationships and provide strategic legal advice.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Prior experience in a law firm environment is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
