Details of the Job/Internship
Solis Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex legal matters across core practice areas.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, pleadings, and opinions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory hearings.
- Manage and mentor junior associates and trainees.
- Build and manage client relationships, providing timely and strategic counsel.
- Contribute to business development through networking and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with partners and other practice groups on cross-functional matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed law school.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm or advocate office.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage matters independently and supervise teams.
