Details of the Job/Internship
Solomon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors is hiring for multiple positions with 2+ to 5+ years of experience in Litigation & Arbitration and Real Estate to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and manage proceedings before courts and tribunals.
- Handle court/arbitration filings and appearances.
- Conduct title due diligence and property-related legal research.
- Draft and review real estate agreements (sale, lease, license).
- Interpret property documents and ensure compliance with RERA and local laws.
Eligibility
- Senior Associate – Litigation & Arbitration: PQE 5+ years in civil/commercial litigation and arbitration before courts/tribunals (including NCLT); Bar Council registration (Maharashtra & Goa); skilled in drafting and court/arbitration filings.
- Associate – Litigation & Arbitration: PQE 2+ years with similar experience and Bar registration.
- Associate – Real Estate: PQE 2+ years in title due diligence, interpreting land/revenue records, drafting property-related agreements; proficiency in Marathi preferred; understanding of RERA, DCR, and local property laws.
