Details of the Job/Internship
SR Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their litigation and disputes practice in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and handling legal matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other specialized tribunals.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal research notes independently.
- Support senior counsel in the formulation of legal strategies and case preparation.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for procedural hearings and effective advocacy.
- Coordinate directly with clients to maintain case records and ensure the smooth progression of legal matters.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, professional practice environment.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in active litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience in commercial disputes, insolvency, or white-collar matters is preferred.
- Proven ability to independently handle court filings and client communication.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage assignments with high attention to detail.
