Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring a Senior Associate (Litigation) with 5–6 years of experience in IP litigation to join their expanding team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft suits, applications, and other litigation documents.
• Manage day-to-day client deliverables independently.
• Appear and argue before the Delhi High Court.
• Brief senior advocates and assist partners with litigation strategy.
• Mentor and supervise associates.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Eligibility

• 5–6 years PQE in IP litigation.
• Strong drafting and oratorial skills.
• Experience arguing before the Delhi High Court.
• Strong analytical ability and capability to manage matters independently.

Salary/Stipend
