Details of the Job/Internship

Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 5 to 8 years to join their office in Noida.

Eligibility

• The ideal candidate should have had experience at a law firm with extensive experience in advising, and acting for, clients on all aspects of trademark law, including oppositions, cancellations, settlement negotiations, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc.
• Experience with copyright prosecution would be a plus.
• The candidate should have excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate should also be an avid learner, have an ability to work and prosper in a fast-paced work environment and must have a good attitude towards work.
• The office location is in NOIDA and we're primarily working from the office premises. The firm offers competitive remuneration and benefits.
• Post qualification experience 5 to 8 years in Prosecution/ opposition for its Trademarks & Copyright team.
