Sutherland Global Services is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Online mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- Core responsible areas are reviewing contractual agreements for clients and approve on the legal end.
- Understand and implement client process updates efficiently and in a timely manner Legal Research, Contract Review, Insurance documents.
- Deliver process SLA requirements consistently.
- Good knowledge of English language, grammar and spelling Strong understanding of contract language.
Eligibility
- Must be an BL / L * L .B or LLM degree holder.
- Successful candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years relevant legal experience, exposure to contract management desired.
- Prior experience of having worked in the legal department of a MNC essential.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Flexible to work in shift (5.3pm - 2.3am).
