Tabish Sarosh & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage matters related to criminal litigation and trial court practice.
- Conduct extensive legal drafting, including petitions, bails, and trial-related applications.
- Perform high-level legal research on criminal law and forensic evidence.
- Represent clients in various courts and navigate the fast-paced litigation environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide strategic legal advice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated strong interest and background in criminal litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work physically from the Delhi office in a high-pressure environment.
