Tavasya Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role involves managing day-to-day legal activities including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice and support to clients, representing clients in court proceedings, and conducting legal research.
- Responsibilities also include collaborating with different practice groups to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- An advanced degree (LLM) or certifications in related fields will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, legal research, and providing legal advice is required.
- Experience with court proceedings, client representation, and case management is necessary.
- A strong understanding of real estate advisory and corporate transaction advisory is required.
- Knowledge of white-collar crime advisory and negotiable instruments is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team are essential.
- Experience in dealing with clients from diverse industries is a plus.
