Details of the Job/Internship

Tinnuts is hiring Senior Associate with the experience of 5 years in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years in the media and entertainment practice of a law firm.
• LLB (3 year of 5 year).
• Must be enrolled with Bar Council of India/State Bar Councils.
• LLM preferred but not mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of the Copyright Act, 1957 including the Copyright (Amendment) Act, 2012 is crucial.
• Must have transactional experience in the media and entertainment industry.
• Must be accomplished at drafting, vetting, executing and negotiating film and series production related agreements, artist agreements, licensing agreements, copyright acquisition, talent management agreements.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills, and should be capable of decision making to negotiate, finalize and close deals and agreements.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and computer literacy.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimum partner supervision.
• Must have the ability to manage the team.
