TLH, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate with 2–6 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on M&A, PE/VC, joint venture, and corporate restructuring transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and assist in deal structuring.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Provide general corporate advisory and handle commercial contracts.
- Advise on pharma, life sciences, and real estate transactions.
- Handle cross-border FEMA and FDI matters.
Eligibility
- BA LL.B / LL.B.
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in the corporate domain.
