Details of the Job/Internship

TresVista is hiring a Legal Counsel – Corporate with 5+ years of in-house legal experience to join its office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements.
• Establish and lead the contract management team.
• Provide legal advice to senior management and board members.
• Review and implement policies in compliance with regulations.
• Support IP management, real estate, employment, and corporate entity matters.
• Identify and manage legal risks across business operations.
• Lead strategic deals, pre-litigation matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train analysts and associates, improving team efficiency.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Law.
• 5+ years of in-house legal experience in a corporate company.
• Strong knowledge of corporate legal compliance, financial services laws, and diverse legal frameworks.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with leadership and team management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
