Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate/Counsel with 4–8 years of experience to join its General Corporate practice in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Manage cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring and compliance matters.
• Conduct due diligence and draft transactional documents.
• Collaborate with different practice teams on corporate matters.
• Manage client relationships and negotiations.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• In-depth transactional experience across sectors.
• Ability to independently manage complex cross-border M&A matters.
• Strong technical, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect for diversity.

Salary/Stipend
