Details of the Job/Internship

Trivedi & Partners is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Kailash Colony, GK-1.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and commercial disputes before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Handle specialized litigation in areas of family law, real estate, and technology.
• Draft complex legal documents, including suits, written statements (WS), and petitions.
• Appear before various tribunals and judicial bodies for hearings and arguments.
• Manage case files and develop comprehensive litigation strategies for firm clients.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience must be exclusively in civil and commercial litigation.
• Proven expertise in drafting and research.

Salary/Stipend

₹50,000 per month
