Details of the Job/Internship
Trust Legal is hiring a Senior Associate / Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear independently in various courts and tribunals as a mandatory part of the role.
- Produce high-quality, "superb" legal drafting for complex pleadings and petitions.
- Lead and manage case strategies from inception through to final arguments.
- Provide expert legal advice and consultancy to clients on diverse legal issues.
- Review and finalize legal documents, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Represent the firm’s interests and maintain professional standards in all court appearances.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5+ years of experience exclusively in a law firm based in Delhi.
- Superb drafting skills with a proven track record of complex legal documentation.
- Mandatory ability to appear independently in courts.
- Deep familiarity with the procedural and substantive laws relevant to Delhi’s jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure litigation environments.
