Details of the Job/Internship

Unitedlex India is hiring for the position of Sr Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their Gurugram and Bengaluru offices. 

Role and Responsibilities

The role involves understanding project requirements, in the Intellectual Property domain and ensuring high-quality deliverables for the clients. The role involves carrying out patent licensing-related tasks including:

• Providing technical guidance and carrying out due diligence for the High-tech companies and law firms.
• Carrying out infringement analysis and preparing claim charts/EoUs
• Carrying out patent portfolio assessments to identify the high-valued assets.
• An added benefit is if the applicant has experience in dealing with software architecture, cloud, and audio//video codecs.
•  Ensuring high-quality delivery and TAT compliance; 100% compliance to client SLAs.
• Ensuring closure of any feedback received on the project.
• Contributing to training/upskilling team members, as required.
• Providing in-depth feedback and feedforward to team members on various projects, as and when required.
• Meeting individual and project-level targets
• Ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports.
• Executing various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Displaying effective and responsive communication.
• Participating in Learning and Development activities at various levels; supporting various BU-wide initiatives (as required).
• Complying with all specific company policies to apply without exception, including but not limited to compulsory adherence to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Infringement Analysis, Claim chart development, Product Testing, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of Standard Essential Patent Mapping.
• Experience with 3GPP (5G, 4G, LTE), and WLAN standards.

Salary/Stipend
