Details of the Job/Internship

Unitedlex is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing technical guidance and carrying out due diligence for the High-tech companies and law firms.
• Carrying out infringement analysis and preparing claim charts/EoUs
• Carrying out patent portfolio assessments to identify the high valued assets
• Added benefit, if the applicant has experience in dealing with software architecture, cloud, audio//video codecs.
• Ensuring high Quality delivery and TAT compliance; 100% compliance to client SLAs.
• Ensuring closure of any feedback received on the project.
• Contributing to training/upskilling team members, as required.
• Providing in-depth feedback and feedforward to team members on various projects, as and when required.
• Meeting individual and project level targets.
• Ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports.
• Executing various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Displaying effective and responsive communication.
• Participating in Learning and Development activities at various levels; supporting various BU wide initiatives (as required).
• Complying to all specific company policies to apply without exception, including but not limited to compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Infringement Analysis, Claim chart development, Product Testing, etc.
• In-Depth knowledge on Standard Essential Patent Mapping.
• Experience with 3GPP (5G, 4G, LTE), WLAN standards.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
