Details of the Job/Internship

Utkrishtha Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed briefs.
• Draft and finalize pleadings and other legal documents independently.
• Handle effective and non-effective court appearances before various forums.
• Assist in litigation matters before district courts, tribunals, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court.
• Work on matters involving CPC, NI Act, Commercial Courts Act, IBC, Companies Act, and allied laws.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a leading law school or reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
