Details of the Job/Internship
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Senior Associate with 3–4 years of PQE to join its Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute corporate restructuring projects, including mergers, demergers, and schemes of arrangement before the NCLT.
- Draft, review, and finalize schemes of arrangement, petitions, applications, and related submissions.
- Provide strategic and legal advice on general corporate matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support restructuring and advisory work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders for smooth implementation of restructuring schemes.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a premier law college.
- 3–4 years of relevant PQE in corporate restructuring and advisory.
- Preference for candidates with a Company Secretary qualification.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
