Details of the Job/Internship
VaRam Legal is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Chennai. The role requires managing complex cases, providing legal consultancy, conducting detailed legal research and drafting legal documents, along with representing clients in litigation and collaborating on case strategies. Real estate practice experience is preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage complex cases and provide legal consultancy.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in litigation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and prepare case strategies.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in legal research, case analysis and drafting.
- Proficiency in litigation and courtroom representation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Law degree and bar membership in India.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal consultancy, particularly in litigation or real estate, is an advantage.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.
