Details of the Job/Internship

VaRam Legal is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Chennai. This is a full-time on-site role involving litigation and real estate practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage client cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court.
• Provide legal advice and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Engage in business development activities to expand the firm’s clientele.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in managing litigation cases and expertise in real estate law.
• Strong research and legal drafting skills.
• Experience in client counseling and negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Law degree with an active license to practice law in India.

Salary/Stipend
