Details of the Job/Internship

VaRam Legal is hiring a Senior Associate – Real Estate Laws for a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of legal cases related to real estate laws.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare accurate legal drafts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and provide legal advisory services.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policy developments.
• Guide and mentor junior associates within the team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide effective legal support.

Eligibility

• Proven expertise in litigation and legal drafting.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and related policies.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams.
• Experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Licensed to practice law as per applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in Tamil is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
