Details of the Job/Internship
VaRam Legal is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing litigation matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing comprehensive legal advice to clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients.
- Conduct legal research.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to strategise and execute case plans effectively.
- Maintain effective client communication and negotiation.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of proven expertise in Litigation, Real Estate Law, and Contract Drafting.
- Strong skills in Legal Writing, Legal Research, and Document Review.
- Demonstrated experience in representing clients in court proceedings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
- Membership with the Bar Council and a valid practising licence.
- Proficiency in legal technology and research tools is an advantage.
