VariosLegal LLP is hiring a full-time Senior Associate to provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The role also involves mentoring junior associates and managing client relationships.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Mentor and guide junior associates.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in legal research, drafting, reviewing documents, and litigation.
• Strong written communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior associates.
• Strong understanding of legal regulations and ethical standards.

Salary/Stipend
