Details of the Job/Internship

Vasu Law Firm is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling Banking & Finance, Corporate Commercial Matters, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate & Construction, Intellectual Property, Labour Laws, RERA Law, and Prevention of Sexual Harassment matters on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Experience in Banking & Finance, Corporate Commercial Matters, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate & Construction, and Intellectual Property.
• Knowledge of Labour Laws, RERA Laws, and Prevention of Sexual Harassment Laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree.

Salary/Stipend
