Details of the Job/Internship

Vasu Law Firm is hiring a Senior Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing complex legal matters, providing strategic advice to clients, drafting legal documents, representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings, conducting legal research, preparing case files, and coordinating with clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.
• Draft legal documents and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case files.
• Coordinate with clients and collaborate with senior lawyers.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Experience in corporate commercial matters, banking & finance, and dispute resolution.
• High Court writ petition drafting experience.
• Proficiency in handling real estate, construction, and intellectual property cases.
• Expertise in labour laws, RERA law, and securities law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and client service.

Salary/Stipend
