Details of the Job/Internship

Vasu Law Firm is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for , SEBI related matter, Inspection before SEBI in Show Casue Notieces , Reply to Show Casue Notices, drafting of appeal to file becore Securities Appellate Tribunal . Update with SEBI Circulars and latest judgements.

Eligibility

• Legal research, drafting, and analysis skills.
• Expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate Law, and Dispute Resolution.
• Knowledge of Real Estate & Construction Law, Intellectual Property, Labour Laws, and RERA Law.
• Experience in handling Prevention of Sexual Harassment cases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-value transactions.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Master's degree in Law or related field preferred.
• Securities and Exchange Board of India Act .1992.

Salary/Stipend
