Details of the Job/Internship

Vertices Partners is hiring a Senior Associate to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents, handling corporate and commercial transactions, advising on compliance and regulatory matters, and representing clients in commercial disputes, along with managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Handle corporate and commercial transactions.
• Advise clients on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Represent clients in commercial disputes.
• Manage client relationships.
• Lead transactions and mentor junior team members.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution; LL.M. or relevant specialization is a plus.
• Strong experience in Corporate and Commercial laws, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Expertise in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Banking and Finance transactions.
• Knowledge of litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Proficiency in legal research and regulatory advisory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases independently and mentor junior associates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in a reputed law firm or corporate legal environment is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
