Details of the Job/Internship

Janus Law Associates is looking for an experienced lawyer/legal professional for a Senior Associate in Litigation Team to manage a mix of commercial, criminal and writ matters and provide the firm with high quality drafting, legal opinions and research work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Representing clients before the District Courts, High Courts, tribunals, commissions, and other authorities.
• Drafting and vetting of various petitions, pleadings, writs, affidavits, counter affidavits, appeals, miscellaneous applications, affidavits, civil or criminal complaints and notices.
• Conducting research on legal issues associated with cases and drafting legal briefs & motions to be submitted
• Communicating with clients throughout the litigation process to keep them informed about the status of their cases and any new developments
• Should have hands on experience in filing procedures, attending enquires and execution proceedings.

Eligibility

• Must possess post qualification experience as a practicing advocate of at least 4 years. 
• Must possess a high standard of written and spoken English and Hindi as well.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
