Details of the Job/Internship

RHP Partners is inviting applications for Senior Associates with 5–7 years PQE and Associates with 1–4 years PQE to join their Litigation and Corporate Practice at the Bengaluru office. The role involves handling litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory matters, with regular involvement in court and regulatory proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling commercial and statutory litigation and arbitrations.
• Drafting pleadings and related legal documents.
• Making regular court appearances.
• Briefing counsel.
• Providing corporate advisory services.
• Handling SEBI and SAT proceedings.

Eligibility

• Senior Associate: 5–7 years PQE.
• Associate: 1–4 years PQE.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
