Alpha Partners is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate Law with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to work with them at Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of associates.
- Draft and review complex legal documents.
- Advise clients on corporate transactions, FEMA, and Company Law compliance.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Corporate transactional background.
- In-depth knowledge of FEMA and Company Law.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Prior experience in a law firm is mandatory.
- Candidates with a notice period exceeding 30 days should not apply.
