Details of the Job/Internship
Kapil Sapra & Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate with over 5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate transactional and other legal agreements.
- Handle M&A, private equity, venture and debt funding, FDI/ECB/ODI, joint ventures, and technical collaborations.
- Advise foreign and multinational clients on corporate and commercial laws, including Companies Act, FEMA, and FDI regulations.
- Conduct legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and handle regulatory and compliance-related work.
- Engage with government and regulatory authorities as required.
Eligibility
- LL.B with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
- Additional expertise in employment laws, TMT, or private client practice is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
