Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate/Counsel – Corporate Lawyer with 6–8 years of experience to join their Corporate M&A team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex corporate cross-border M&A matters.
• Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Restructuring and Compliance.
• Collaborate with different practice teams.

Eligibility

• PQE: 6–8 years.
• Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• In-depth transactional experience across sectors.
• Strong technical, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
