Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring a Senior Associate/Principal Associate – General Corporate with experience of 6–8 years to join their office in Mumbai. The role focuses on working with the Corporate Team, particularly in the Energy and Infrastructure sector, involving complex and high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory and legal frameworks governing Energy and Infrastructure projects.
• Support transaction structuring, documentation, and negotiations.

Eligibility

• 6+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably with leading law firms or as in-house counsel in the Energy and Infrastructure space.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency and relevant experience in Energy and Infrastructure matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
