Details of the Job/Internship

Mason & Associates Advocates is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Associate/Principal Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of PQE.
• Should have experience in intellectual property, Media & Entertainment, IT and commercial litigation, preferably at the Bombay High Court.
• Should know how to draft pleadings, brief seniors, and manage filings.
• Knowledge and experience of transactional work in intellectual property, media & entertainment is a plus.
• Should have the ability to individually handle matters with minimum supervision.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
