Details of the Job/Internship
Solomon & Co. is hiring for a Senior Associate position with experience of 5-10 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct meticulous title due diligence for properties located across India.
- Handle and manage various property transactions and complex redevelopment matters.
- Interpret and analyze technical revenue records, including property cards and 7/12 extracts.
- Draft and review essential legal instruments such as sale, lease, and license agreements.
- Provide expert advisory on RERA compliance, DCR, and town planning regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to local property development and regulatory standards.
Eligibility
- PQE Required: 5-10 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience in conducting title due diligence.
- Strong practical knowledge of RERA, DCR, and town planning rules.
- Proficiency in analyzing revenue records and drafting property agreements.
- Familiarity with local property development regulations across various Indian states.
