Eligibility
- Post-qualification experience: 3 years+ years of experience in criminal litigation with a commercial and civil background with sound drafting skills will be preferred.
- Candidates should have experience in appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various tribunals and district courts.
- Candidate should have excellent research and drafting skills (SLPs, WPs, etc.).
- Candidate must be capable of conducting extensive research and possess good communication skills.
- Candidate should be able to prioritize and manage workload effectively, recognize the quick turn-around requirements, work independently with minimal supervision, and take responsibility.
