Details of the Job/Internship
Elarra Law Offices is hiring 2 Senior Associates with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value real estate transactions.
- Lead comprehensive title due diligence and risk assessment for property acquisitions.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate documents, including conveyance deeds, development agreements, and lease deeds.
- Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory compliance and local land laws.
- Take full ownership of client matters and coordinate directly with stakeholders.
- Oversee and mentor junior associates and interns within the real estate practice.
- Ensure all transactional documentation is precise and legally robust.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) specifically in real estate law.
- Proven ability to handle transactions and diligences independently.
- Strong leadership qualities and a high degree of professional ownership.
- Deep understanding of Mumbai's real estate regulations and registration processes.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
